The SAINT Protocol: What It Is and How Accelerated TMS Compares

What Is the SAINT Protocol?
SAINT (Stanford Accelerated Intelligent Neuromodulation Therapy), also called Stanford Neuromodulation Therapy, is an accelerated form of TMS developed at Stanford and cleared by the US FDA in 2022 for treatment-resistant depression.
Instead of one session a day over several weeks, SAINT delivers about ten short intermittent theta-burst (iTBS) sessions per day across five days, with the stimulation target individualised using an fMRI brain scan. Early trials reported high remission rates, though these were small studies.

How Neuropulsas Compares
To be clear: Neuropulsas does not offer the branded Stanford SAINT protocol. What we offer is an accelerated rTMS program built on the same principle, condensing a full course of treatment into a short, intensive period.
Our program delivers a full 30-session course in about one week, individualised by a licensed psychiatrist and neurologist. It is designed for people who want faster, more convenient treatment than the standard five-to-six-week schedule, including international patients.

Accelerated TMS at Neuropulsas
